That’s a Healthy Attitude
I have teamed up with a company called Transitions. The program is pretty simple: eat fewer simple sugars and watch the saturated fats when you’re at the table — and add some resistance training to your regular exercise regimine — and you’ll look and feel better. Add suplementation if you need a little extra boost, or if you have more ambitious weight loss goals.
More important, however, than weight loss is keeping lifestyle-related illness at bay, namely heart disease and Type II Diabetes.
I started doing the program, myself, because of a family history of these diseases. My logic is that if I form good habits now, while I’m healthy, it won’t be an issue as I get older.
The result was shocking, even to me. I look better than ever (handy for my life as an actor), and feel great.
A good place to start is with the nutriPhysical, a comprehensive lifestyle questionaire that will help you determine your nutritional needs.
